Despite his trials, Hezekiah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Skyline College in the Computer Engineering Program with a 3.7 GPA and made the Dean's list. Hezekiah has been nominated for Author of the year 2020 by Black Love Poetry Series, and won 1st runner up Qwerty Global Community Book Awards. Hezekiah is also the winner of the 2020 S&M Gospel Indie Awards recipient for Author of the year. Hezekiah Morris is an author of five books Restoring Hezekiah: Changing A Generation, Restoring Hezekiah: Me & Only Me, Remember Them Days When We Were Young, and The Player In Me, & Player in me 2. Hezekiah writes because it takes him to a place where there is no hurt, no pain, and he can be himself. He feels that he is free to be who he wants to be without anyone judging him!!!
